Social Work Month Celebration 2025
"Strengthening Intergenerational Solidarity for Enduring Wellbeing"
The Batangas Medical Center’s Medical Social Work Department takes great pride in ensuring that all employees are equipped with a thorough understanding of the department's programs and services. To achieve this, they hold a monthly face-to-face Personnel Orientation for BatMC employees.The purpose of this orientation is not only to familiarize staff with key procedures, but also to clarify their roles and responsibilities within the organization. By doing so, the department aims to foster a sense of collaboration and unity among all staff, knowing that when everyone works together, the efficiency and effectiveness of patient care will be greatly enhanced.
